of <h1>Anti-dumping duty on black toner imports from China, Malaysia, Taiwan extended for five years under Customs Act</h1> Anti-dumping duty on imports of black toner in powder form originating from or exported by China, Malaysia, and Taiwan is extended for five years. The designated authority found continued dumping and injury to the domestic industry, with a likelihood of increased dumped imports if duties cease. Specific rates of duty are imposed based on producer and country of origin/export, payable in Indian currency. The duty excludes color toner, MICR toner, toner for original equipment manufacturers, toner in cartridges, and liquid toner. The rates and terms supersede the previous notification dated March 2021 and will remain effective unless revoked or amended earlier. Exchange rates for duty calculation will follow government notifications under the Customs Act.
