of <h1>Government issues corrigendum updating Foreign Trade Policy 2023 references under FT(D&R) Act, 1992 Section rules</h1> The Central Government, under the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, and the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, has issued a corrigendum amending the earlier notification dated January 20, 2025. The amendment changes specific references in the original notification, replacing 'F.No. M-5012/300/2002/PC-2(A)./E-1657' with 'S.O...... (E)' and 'Part-I, Section 1' with 'Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii)'. This correction is officially issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade on July 28, 2025.
