Commencement of constitutional amendment: government notification designates an operative date making the amendment provisions effective. The Central Government, in exercise of the power conferred by the commencement sub section of the Constitution (One Hundred and Fifth Amendment) Act, 2021, by notification dated 15 September 2021 appoints 15 August 2021 as the date on which the provisions of that Act shall come into force.
