of <h1>India Imposes Anti-Dumping Duty on Hexamine Imports from Saudi Arabia and Russia to Protect Domestic Industry</h1> The Government of India has imposed an anti-dumping duty on Hexamine imported from Saudi Arabia and Russia, following a finding that these imports were below normal value, causing injury to the domestic industry. The duty is set at $0.19 per kilogram for imports from Saudi Arabia and $0.28 per kilogram for those from Russia. This measure, effective until December 27, 2001, is intended to protect the domestic market from unfair pricing practices. The applicable exchange rate for calculating the duty will be based on the rate specified by the Ministry of Finance on the date the bill of entry is presented.
