of <h1>India Adds Kandla, Vishakhapatnam Ports for Essential Exports to Maldives in 2024-25 per Foreign Trade Policy Amendment.</h1> The Government of India has amended its Foreign Trade Policy to include Kandla and Vishakhapatnam Sea ports for the export of essential commodities to the Maldives during the fiscal year 2024-25. This amendment, under the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, adds these ports to the existing list of ports authorized for exporting items under the Prohibited/Restricted category to the Maldives, supplementing the four ports previously listed in Notification No. 06/2023 dated 15th April 2024.
