This export is allowed through specific customs stations, including Varanasi Air Cargo, JNCH Maharashtra, CH Kandla Gujarat, LCS Nepalgunj Road, LCS Sonauli, and LCS Barhni. The Director of Agriculture Marketing & Foreign Trade in Lucknow is designated as the authorized signatory for certifying the rice and its quantity. This notification is part of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023 and takes effect immediately upon issuance.
