This decision follows a review by the Directorate General of Trade Remedies, which concluded that discontinuing the duty would likely lead to continued dumping and injury to the domestic industry. The duty rates are set at USD 163.90 per metric ton for specific producers and USD 207.72 per metric ton for other producers/exporters from China. The duty will be payable in Indian currency, with exchange rates determined by the Customs Act.
