of <h1>Anti-Dumping Duty on Jute Products from Nepal & Bangladesh Extended to Dec 31, 2022, Under Customs Tariff Act.</h1> The Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, has extended the anti-dumping duty on jute products originating from Nepal and Bangladesh until December 31, 2022. This extension follows a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and pertains to jute yarn/twine, hessian fabric, and jute sacking bags. The anti-dumping duty was initially imposed through a notification dated January 5, 2017, and was last amended in May 2022. The duty will remain effective unless revoked, superseded, or amended before the specified date.
