of <h1>Excise Notification Update: Export Goods Exempt from Notification No. 04/2019-Central Excise Effective July 1, 2022.</h1> Notification No. 11/2022-Central Excise, issued by the Ministry of Finance on June 30, 2022, amends Notification No. 04/2019-Central Excise dated July 6, 2019. The amendment clarifies that the notification does not apply to goods cleared for export. This change, made under the authority of the Finance Act, 2018 and the Central Excise Act, 1944, is deemed necessary in the public interest and took effect on July 1, 2022. The original notification was last amended by Notification No. 25/2022-Central Excise on May 21, 2022.
