<h1>Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020 extended to September 2022 u/s 5 of the Foreign Trade Act 1992.</h1> The Central Government has amended the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020, extending its validity from 31st March 2022 to 30th September 2022. This extension is enacted under the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, and aligns with paragraph 1.02 of the FTP 2015-2020. The amendment is effective immediately, as notified by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade.
