of <h1>India Extends Foreign Trade Policy Application Deadline to December 31, 2021; Duty Credit Scrips Valid for 12 Months.</h1> The Government of India has revised the deadline for submitting applications for Scrip based Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) schemes to December 31, 2021. This applies to MEIS, SEIS, ROSCTL, ROSL, and a 2% additional ad hoc incentive. After this date, no applications will be accepted, and late cut provisions will not apply. Additionally, the validity of Duty Credit Scrips issued from September 16, 2021, is set to 12 months. These changes override previous provisions in the Handbook of Procedures 2015-20.
