of <h1>Government Rescinds 1999 Anti-Dumping Notification Under Customs Tariff Act, 1975; New Notification No. 12/2001 Issued</h1> This notification, issued by the Central Government under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, rescinds Notification No. 46/99-Customs dated April 29, 1999. It is enacted in accordance with the powers granted by section 9A of the Act and relevant rules concerning anti-dumping duties.
