of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Viscose Staple Fibre from China and Indonesia Until October 31, 2021.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 43/2016-Customs(ADD) to extend the levy of anti-dumping duty on 'Viscose Staple Fibre (VSF) excluding Bamboo Fibre, Dyed Fibre, Modal Fibre & Fire-retardant Fibre' originating from China and Indonesia. The extension follows a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and the relevant rules. The anti-dumping duty will remain in effect until October 31, 2021, unless it is revoked, superseded, or amended earlier. This amendment is issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, under Notification No. 39/2021-Customs (ADD).
