This decision followed a review by the designated authority, which concluded that these imports were below normal value, causing injury to the domestic industry, and that dumping would likely recur without the duty. The duty rates are specified per kilogram in US dollars, varying by producer and exporter. This measure was later rescinded by Notification No. 44/2021-Customs (ADD) on August 12, 2021.
