of <h1>Central Government imposes five-year anti-dumping duties on fluoroelastomer (FKM) imports from China PR, specific ad valorem rates</h1> The Central Government has imposed anti-dumping duties on imports of fluoroelastomers (FKM) originating in or exported from China PR for five years, following a sunset review finding of continued dumping and injury to the domestic industry. The duty schedule sets company-specific and residual ad valorem amounts in US$/kg for designated producers and a higher residual rate for other exporters; the measure applies to specified tariff headings, excludes FKM compound and perfluoroelastomer (FFKM), is payable in Indian currency, and remains in force up to and including 26 February 2026 unless earlier amended.
