of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Chinese Fluoroelastomers Until October 27, 2020; Updates Classification Code.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has amended Notification No. 6/2019-Customs (ADD) to extend the anti-dumping duty on Fluoroelastomers (FKM) from China for an additional three months, until October 27, 2020. This follows a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. The notification also updates the classification code from '3904 90 00' to '3904 90 90.' The amendment ensures the continuation of the duty unless it is revoked, superseded, or amended earlier.
