of <h1>Deadline for FORM GSTR 9/9C FY 2018-19 Extended to 31st December 2020 by Central Board of Indirect Taxes.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 41/2020-Central Tax, extending the deadline for submitting FORM GSTR 9/9C for the fiscal year 2018-19. Initially set for 31st October 2020, the due date is now extended to 31st December 2020. This amendment is issued by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs under the Ministry of Finance, exercising powers under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and its rules. The change is officially documented in Notification No. 80/2020-Central Tax, dated 28th October 2020.
