of <h1>Deadline Extended: Submit FORM GSTR 9/9C for FY 2018-2019 by December 31, 2020, per Notification 41/2020.</h1> The Ministry of Finance, through the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, issued Notification No. 41/2020-Central Tax on May 5, 2020. This notification extends the deadline for submitting FORM GSTR 9/9C, the annual return under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, for the financial year 2018-2019. Initially set for earlier dates, the deadline has been extended to December 31, 2020. This extension supersedes the previous Notification No. 15/2020-Central Tax, dated March 23, 2020, except for actions completed before the supersession.
