Rescission of customs exemption notifications removes specified exemption measures while preserving prior actions. The Central Government, invoking powers under the Customs Act and the Customs Tariff Act and being satisfied it is necessary in the public interest, rescinds the listed miscellaneous exemption notifications specified in the Table, while preserving the validity of things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
