of <h1>Finance Ministry Amends Notification: Effective Date Changed to July 1, 2020, u/s 11 of Finance Act, 2019.</h1> The Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, issued a notification on January 8, 2020, amending a previous notification dated December 10, 2019. The amendment changes the effective date from January 9, 2020, to July 1, 2020, under the authority of section 11 of the Finance Act, 2019. This amendment was published in the Gazette of India and is referenced under F. No. S-33013/3/2019-ST-I, DOR-Part 3. The original notification was also modified by another notification dated March 30, 2020, which initially set the effective date as April 1, 2020.
