of <h1>India Bans Flag Imports Not Meeting Flag Code 2002 Specifications, Per Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020 Amendment.</h1> The Government of India, through the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, has amended the import policy concerning the Indian National Flag. According to the new directive, the importation of the Indian National Flag is prohibited unless it adheres to the specifications outlined in Part I, Section 1.2 of the Flag Code of India, 2002. This amendment is introduced under the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020 and is approved by the Minister of Commerce & Industry.
