<h1>India Withdraws Anti-Dumping Duties on Certain Imports as per Notification 36/2019-Customs, Replacing 11/2015-Customs.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 36/2019-Customs (ADD) dated 14th September 2019. This notification rescinds the previous Notification No. 11/2015-Customs (ADD) dated 11th April 2015, which was related to the imposition of anti-dumping duties under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. The rescission is enacted under the authority of section 9A and relevant rules of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, except for actions completed or omitted prior to this rescission.
