of <h1>Central Government De-notifies 0.3804 Hectares from Gujarat SEZ, Reducing Total Area to 51.1676 Hectares.</h1> The Central Government has de-notified 0.3804 hectares from a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in the villages of Pipalia and Alwa, Taluka Waghodia, District Vadodara, Gujarat, reducing the total area to 51.1676 hectares. This SEZ, initially proposed by a company now known as M/s. Aspen Infrastructures Limited, was originally designated for the Hi-tech Engineering sector but later changed to the Engineering sector. The de-notification was approved by the State Government of Gujarat and recommended by the Development Commissioner of Kandla SEZ, following compliance with relevant legal requirements.
