<h1>Anti-dumping duty extension on paracetamol upheld temporarily by judicial order, pending further judicial determination and government review.</h1> The Central Government, invoking powers under the Customs Tariff Act and anti-dumping rules and in pursuance of a judicial order, amended the prior extension notification by substituting the earlier expiry date with the court directed date, thereby temporarily continuing the anti-dumping duty on imports of Paracetamol from China PR pending final judicial determination.
