of <h1>India Rescinds Anti-Dumping Duty on Imports, Effective April 16, 2019, per Customs Tariff Act Section 9A.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 19/2019-Customs (ADD) dated April 16, 2019. This notification rescinds the previous anti-dumping duty notification No. 39/2018-Customs (ADD) dated August 20, 2018. The rescission follows the sunset review final findings by the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR). The decision is made under the authority of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules, with the exception of actions already taken under the previous notification.
