Bhagwati Sarvajanik Hospital in Jasalpur, North Gujarat, under section 35AC of the Income-tax Act. Initially specified in 1996 for three years, the project is now approved for an additional three years starting from the assessment year 1999-2000. The project, executed by Jasalpur Arogya Mandal, is recognized for its proper implementation and is estimated to cost 3,423,000 rupees. This extension follows a recommendation by the National Committee under the Income-tax Rules.
