The investigation revealed that PTA from Japan, Malaysia, and Spain was sold below normal value, causing injury to the Indian industry. However, a causal link between dumping and injury was only established for exports from M/s Interquisa, Spain. Consequently, the Indian government imposes an anti-dumping duty of 521 Rupees per metric tonne on PTA from Spain, applicable to all exporters, including M/s Interquisa.
