Initially specified in 1992 for three assessment years starting from 1993-94, the project is now approved for an additional three years beginning from the assessment year 1996-97. This decision follows a recommendation from the National Committee, which confirmed the project's proper execution. The estimated cost for this project is one crore rupees.
