of <h1>Central Government Reduces Coimbatore SEZ by 2.2338 Hectares; Approved by Tamil Nadu Government.</h1> The Central Government has de-notified an area of 2.2338 hectares from a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Kittampalayam and Karumathampatti Village, Coimbatore District, Tamil Nadu. Initially proposed by a private organization, the SEZ underwent several name changes, now known as M/S Aspen Infrastructures Ltd. The de-notification was approved by the Tamil Nadu State Government and recommended by the MEPZ Special Economic Zone Development Commissioner. This action reduces the SEZ's total area to 84.4767 hectares, with specific survey numbers in the villages affected by this change.
