of <h1>India Designates GST Portal for Tax Services Under CGST and IGST Acts, Notification No. 4/2017.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue and the Central Board of Excise and Customs, issued Notification No. 4/2017 on June 19, 2017. This notification designates www.gst.gov.in as the Common Goods and Services Tax Electronic Portal. The portal facilitates registration, tax payment, return filing, integrated tax computation and settlement, and electronic way bill management under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification took effect on June 22, 2017.
