        <h1>Customs fees exemption for locations with round the clock clearance removes fees for services by specified customs officers.</h1> The amendment inserts a proviso to regulation 3 providing that where working hours for clearance of cargo in Customs ports or Customs airports are prescribed as continuous round the clock operation, no fee shall be leviable at such locations for services rendered by the category of officers mentioned in column (1) of the Table.
