This change is effective immediately and modifies previous notifications, including Notification No. 31/2015-20 and Notification No. 78(RE-2013)/2009-14. The amendment allows the export of roasted gram in specified packaging, which was previously restricted under the export policy. This decision is enacted under the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, and is part of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20.
