This change is effective immediately, modifying previous notifications related to onion exports. The export of onions listed under Serial Numbers 51 and 52 of Chapter 7 in the ITC (HS) classification is now allowed only through a Letter of Credit, adhering to the new MEP. This notification aims to regulate the export prices of onions to stabilize domestic markets.
