Notification authorises specified Central Government officers to act as Appellate Authority under clause (b) of sub section (1) of Section 15 of the Foreign Trade Act to hear appeals from Adjudicating Authorities appointed under Section 13; a Table matches Adjudicating Authority designations to their Appellate Authorities and the Director General of Foreign Trade, aided by an Additional DGFT, is designated for certain appeals.
