This action reduces the SEZ area to 25.69 hectares. The proposal for de-notification was submitted by M/s. Ansal Colours Engineering SEZ Ltd., with approval from the Haryana State Government and recommendation from the Development Commissioner of Noida SEZ. The de-notification complies with the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and related rules.
