of <h1>Central Government Rescinds 2014 Notification on 25.69-hectare SEZ in Sonepat, Haryana; Immediate Effect.</h1> The Central Government has rescinded Notification No. S.O. 882(E) dated 24th March 2014, concerning the de-notification of a 25.69-hectare area of a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for Agro and Food Processing Products in Villages Bhigan and Kurar Ibrahimpur, Sonepat, Haryana. The SEZ, initially proposed by M/s. Ansal Colours Engineering SEZ Limited, had previously been partially de-notified. The State Government of Haryana provided a No Objection Certificate, and the Development Commissioner of Noida SEZ recommended the de-notification. The rescission is effective immediately, with prior actions remaining unaffected.
