....ial Economic Zone Rules 2006, had notified the areas of 101.24 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification numbers S.O. 1626(E) dated 7th July, 2008 respectively; And, Whereas, M/s. Ansal Colours Engineering SEZ Ltd., has now proposed for de-notification of 75.55 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone and the State Government of Haryana has given its "No Objection" to the proposal vide letter No. SEZ/Ansal Colours/SNP/55-A dated 02.01.2014; And, Whereas, the Development Commissioner, Noida Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of an area of 75.55 hectares of the Special Economic Zone; And, Whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of Section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 75.55 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 25.69 hectares, comprising ....
