of <h1>India Authorizes Stone Aggregate Exports to Maldives with Annual Limits Under Bilateral Trade Agreement</h1> The Government of India, under the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, has authorized the export of stone aggregate to the Maldives as part of a bilateral trade agreement. The export is subject to an annual ceiling of 5 lakh metric tons for 2014-15, 5.5 lakh metric tons for 2015-16, and 6 lakh metric tons for 2016-17. CAPEXIL will oversee the issuance of No Objection Certificates and ensure that suppliers have the necessary clearances. This arrangement is detailed in the Export Licensing Note 1 of the ITC(HS) Classification of Export & Import Items.
