The project, initially approved in 1997, has been extended multiple times and is now approved for a further period of three years, covering financial years 2012-13, 2013-14, and 2014-15, without altering the estimated cost of Rs. 7593.00 lakh. However, no certificate will be issued for the financial year 2012-13.
