Export relaxation for wood charcoal permits shipments to Bhutan despite general prohibition, enabling regulated trade under notification. The Central Government amended Sl. No.179 of Schedule 2 of the ITC(HS) to provide that the prohibition on export of wood charcoal in Chapter 44 does not apply to Bhutan, thereby permitting lawful export of wood charcoal to that destination under the Foreign Trade Policy notification.
