        <h1>Caste census starts with masked dual-identity entries and optional self-identification, using UHID and biometric authentication.</h1> The Karnataka Social and Educational Survey will deploy 1.75 lakh enumerators using a 60-question digital instrument to collect household data, assign Unique Household IDs with geo-tagging, and link ration card and Aadhaar details to mobile numbers.
