The group announced a 70/30 India-focused joint venture with a global social-media firm, capitalised initially at Rs 855 crore, and a separate strategic partnership with a global cloud provider to supply compute for on-premises AI regions while the conglomerate supplies energy and connectivity. The initiatives include open-source model deployment, industry applications and investments in robotics and automation.
