The company converts hemp biomass into carbon-sequestering construction blocks, training over 200 women in production and supply chain management. The initiative has prevented 32 tons of raw material from burning, avoided 52.8 tons of CO2 emissions, and produced over 6,000 blocks. Supported by a foundation and university partnership, the project demonstrates how climate action can generate rural livelihoods while addressing construction industry environmental impact through circular economy principles.
