Delhi spent only 32.65% of its allocated funds, while 14 cities used less than half their received resources. Of the total Rs 12,636 crore allocated nationwide, approximately 71% has been spent as of May 27, with direct-funded cities using 78.5% and cities receiving funds through the Finance Commission utilizing 70% of their allocations.
