The National Payment Corporation of India identified these refunds as 0.03% of total FASTag transactions. The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) barred 14 agencies for irregularities, and audit cameras are being considered for better monitoring. Additionally, 393 Wayside Amenities have been awarded, with 94 operational. NHAI raised Rs 6,661 crore through the TOT mode, and 26,367 public EV charging stations are now deployed nationwide.
