A new digital public infrastructure, BharatTradeNet, will unify trade documentation and financing by integrating Customs, trade regulators, tax networks, banks, and exporters to digitise processes and improve compliance. MSME classification is revised to expand credit and term loan access for exporter MSMEs and to provide credit cards for micro enterprises, while tariff adjustments are made to support marine and aquaculture export inputs.
