The CFSS applies to foreign companies and allows filing belated returns, reactivating deactivated directors, and filing documents for companies under liquidation. Struck-off companies must seek revival through NCLT to benefit. The schemes waive additional fees for certain forms but do not refund previously paid fees. Disqualified directors cannot be reinstated under these schemes. The CFSS form will be available from October 1, 2020, to March 31, 2021, for filing purposes.
