For exports, LCL cargo is documented and sealed at ICDs/CFSs, then reworked at gateway ports. For imports, LCL cargo is de-stuffed and consolidated at gateway ports before being re-stuffed and transported to ICDs/CFSs. This process enhances efficiency and cost-effectiveness under Customs supervision.
