of Public Notice No. 37/2025-26, issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade under Foreign Trade Policy 2023, amends the Standard Input Output Norms (SION) A-290 for Metformin HCL. The change concerns only the Unit of Measurement (UOM) for import items. For Dicyanodiamide and DMF, the quantity is now expressed simply as 0.567 Kg and 0.37 Kg respectively, instead of 'kg/kg,' for every 1 kg of export product. The amended UOMs take effect immediately for all relevant foreign trade operations.
