        Notification No. 75/2025-Customs (N.T.), issued under section 14(2) of the Customs Act, 1962, amends Notification No. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.) by substituting Tables 1-3 to revise tariff values for specified imports. New fixed tariff values (in US$) per metric tonne are prescribed for crude and refined palm oil, palmolein, crude soybean oil, brass scrap, and areca nuts. Separate tariff values are set for gold and silver in various forms, including bars, coins, findings, and goods availing benefits under Notification No. 45/2025-Customs, with values denominated per 10 grams (gold) and per kilogram (silver). The changes take effect from 29 November 2025.
